To help keep our community safe and follow the California State Public Health guidelines, all caregivers are now required to bring either proof of full COVID vaccination or proof of a recent negative COVID test to all future inpatient and surgery visits.
If you are fully vaccinated, please bring one of the following with you each time you come to the hospital:
- Physical copy of your vaccine card
- Photo of your vaccine card
- Digital copy of your vaccine record. If you are a California resident, you can visit California’s Digital COVID Vaccine Record portal to access a digital copy of your record.
- Documentation of your vaccination from your healthcare provider
If you are not fully vaccinated, please bring proof of a negative COVID test from within the last 72 hours. We accept the following types of COVID tests:
- Antigen tests: We recommend getting an antigen test before visiting the hospital because you can get your results quickly.
- PCR tests: PCR tests are the most accurate type of COVID test, but they can take several days to get your results.
To find out where you can get either type of COVID test, go to California’s COVID website.
