Teen Van Schedule
Free COVID-19 testing for uninsured, under insured, and homeless youth and immediate family by appointment. Please call to schedule an appointment at (650) 736-7172. Due to shelter in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19 we are arranging clinic at some sites by appointment to honor the social distancing. (Please look below for site, date and times). If you prefer we offer Telehealth visits and phone visits. For patients who have concerns or need medication refills, please call our office for further guidance at (650) 736-7172. The Teen Health Van offers comprehensive health services for uninsured and homeless youth, 12 to 25 years of age. Visits are on a first come, first served basis. The location of the Health Van may change without advanced notice. Learn more about the Teen Van.
