CSF (Chiari & Syringomyelia Foundation, Inc), a non-profit organization, raising awareness for Chiari malformation, syringomyelia and related disorders. Dr. Gerald Grant is the chair-elect of the CSF board.
ASAP (American Syringomyelia & Chiari Alliance Project) funds research grants, provides educational materials and provides support to families and caregivers. Dr. Gerald Grant is ASAP's research committee chair .
