Stanford Children’s Health Orthopedics and Sports Medicine – Pleasanton

John Muir Health and Stanford Children's Health have partnered to bring comprehensive children's specialty services closer to home for families in Contra Costa County and surrounding communities. At our Pleasanton location, we provide consultation and state-of-the-art treatment for children with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. We treat everything from scoliosis, clubfoot, sports injuries, and hip disorders to broken arms, mended with brightly colored casts signed by best friends. We also have orthopedic and sports physical therapy services available on-site.

General Directions

From 680 South
Take exit 26 for Bernal Avenue toward Pleasanton. Turn right onto Bernal Avenue. In 1.3 miles make a U-turn. 5000 Pleasanton Ave. will be on your right.

From 680 North
Take exit 25 for Sunol Boulevard/Castlewood Drive toward Pleasanton. Turn right onto Sunol Boulevard (signs for Pleasanton). Use the left two lanes to turn left onto Bernal Avenue. 5000 Pleasanton Ave. will be on your right.

From 580 East
Use the right lane to take exit 47 for Santa Rita Road toward Tassajara Road. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Downtown, and merge onto Santa Rita Road. Continue on Santa Rita Road. Drive to Bernal Avenue. Merge onto Santa Rita Road. Continue onto Main Street. Turn right onto Bernal Avenue. 5000 Pleasanton Ave. will be on your right.

From 580 West
Use the second from the right lane to take exit 47 for Tassajara Road toward Santa Rita Road. Use the left two lanes to turn left onto Santa Rita Road/Tassajara Road. Continue onto Main Street. Turn right onto Bernal Avenue. 5000 Pleasanton Ave. will be on your right.
